heyhey. today's TOTAL DEFENCE DAY! haha. So fun, having lessons in the dark and without fan. the Khong Guan biscuits were nice and sweet.(: i think the money saved from the electricity cut off were used to pay for the bicuits and the bottle of water. haha. i liked the performance! Well Done! never seen better.(: good job natalie, trella, isabella, xinyi, qiqin, and shirley!(hope i didn't miss anyone) i liked that the crowd liked the stretcher drills! they actually cheered, which was good right? haha. couldn't see what you'll were doing on the floor though, you'll should do on the stage then can at least more people see. i was just thinking, what if terrorists decide to attack on total defence day when the message is going to be read out? THEN, we won't know that the siren thing is real one and we won't listen to the radio or whatever. HAH. anyway Happy BELATED Valentine's. <3

hello. i feel good to be back after travelling everywhere for a long, long time. SIGH. like from home, to SNG, to Hongkong, then to church, to BGSS, to NVSS, then lastly to ACS International. haha. SO many places i went to in like one month. almost like non-stop. haven't even done holiday hw.

CAMPS are so fun yah. actually, i didn't expect BNCO to be like FUN. cuz in my experience, SJ camps = NOT fun. haha. but then again, all we had are TRAINING camps. BN wasn't as scary. i think MOST of the instructors were nice. and also, sermin was really nice, being the only SNG girl in my group. THANKS sermin.(: i admire chong bin, our last day course i/c. i just found out from jesmine that he's going for SINGMA comp. like SO COOL. haha. like i'll never be good enough. 2nd in mcomp alr so happy. what more can i ask for. But, i think that guy's one easier to do can. like it's not possible to do nursing within 20min. of course with the exception of tomoe's group. the EXCEPTIONALS.

although i'm like never as good as him, i'm going to be a nurse when i grow up. due to the lack of nurses in S'pore. see, i think of the big picture. Sacrificing my life for a measly salary. but why do nurses get lesser than doctors? i mean nurses are more personal with the patients and that's what they need NO? AND, nurses have to do ALL the sai gang. UNFAIR sias. haha.

LIKE i feel like rising up the SJ ladder to be m'am and everything, but i don't think i'm up to it loh. i think it was the influence of the BNCO camp lah. haha. seeing so many m'ams you know. damn cool. then you can tuck out your shirt and got the stud thing. COOL. actually, i realised that SJ actually very cool. haha. as if i didn't always know that.

hey hey. calling all those who want to do CIP. i want to go to children's home leh. so cute. aiyah. i need my CIP hours and i haven't a clue how to get it yet. sigh. why must they MAKE us do CIP. like the whole meaning of doing community projects is like GONE. like when i go Ju Eng, i feel like i'm forced to do it to get my CIP hours. but i went to Orange Valley Nursing Home yesterday, and it was so much better. i mean, i always thought that CIP was supposed to be like voluntary and not just to be like "I want my CIP hours" hah. you know, i just got to know from my other friend that like everytime GB organised to go to old folks' home is like ALWAYS go Ju Eng one. then what about the other nursing homes lah. like NON-EXSISTENT is it? diaos. they should like be more concious lah. seriously. SIGH.

OMG. i'm like just rambling and rambling. i had like 4 camps this holiday. WOAH. and suddenly they're ALL over. and a whole lot of HW left behind. time passes fast man. like i was JUST so scared to be a SEC 2 and now it's over. AND i love my juniors. haha.

Recently, i heard my sister say the word "Please?" in a the very way the question mark implies. Then, i wondered. Do people say "Please", "Thank You" and many others just for the sake of it? I think that if you think that, it'll be wrong. Words like "Please" are meant to be for polite purposes. The most common cases are in children when they are almost "forced" to say "Please" by their parents as a form of etiquette education. They mostly just say it to get what they want. they've worked their way around to this logic " if i don't say please, i won't get the... so i'd better say please (though i don't know what it is for...)" i guess everyone just misuse it... Arhhh.. whatever lah. can't be bothered. nothing much i can do anyway...

I dunno lars. maybe is wo3 xiang3 tai4 duo1? i mean, if you have like the space to build some recreation thing -- eg. the ZOO, which is totally not very useful for everything, cuz we dun NEED to have it -- why can't we NOT clear the place just for it? we can leave it and conserve it, no? And the worst part is there is like loads of this kind of places already.

God built this beautiful world for us to enjoy, yet we have to clear it and destroy it with civilization. in a way it is good, but in many other ways, it is not. sometimes, i just wish the population didn't grow so fast. wells. nothing, not even with the power of words, am i able to change anything now...

you can practically see kiasu people everywhere in Singapore.
on the bus, people are fighting for the seats. when boarding the bus, people are fighting to get onto the bus. even alighting the bus, some people will even try to, i dunno, be the first to get down the bus? weirdos. similar things happen in mrt stations and mrts.
when the hello kitty thingy happened. well, lots of people te4 di4 go there as early as possible and queue. joining competitions also. not like they won't let you have a chance to audition. i mean...
basically, what i'm trying to say is that people always want to be first. sometimes in a more overly excessive way of competing for things.

why do people always try to hide their feelings. they pretend everything is alright when it obviously is not. by pretending it's a joke, they can critisise people they dislike, only to laugh off as a joke. that way, they can always back their reasoning of "it's only a joke what... get so worked up for what?"when it is only obvious to people who know A hates B.

why can't they just express their feelings? is it really that hard? i do hide feelings too. only because i don't want to harm the other person. its just that............................ people have too much repression. when they finally decided to let it all out. what happens? it's a total overload.

was just watching some encore mandarin drama serial when i just had the urge to blog this. [and since some people say my blog is too boring and needs new posts...]

it is becuse of this fact that many triangular, rectangular, hexagular(?) etc. relationships happen. it really is quite bad ain't it? it blinds, leads you by the nose, and when you get into its grasp, it never lets you go.
when it actually reaches the stage when it crushes your heart and soul slowly but surely, you blind yourself, refusing to belive the facts, delving deeper into your own world of fiction and fantasy.

actually, these things don't only happen in romantic relationships. in family too. if your family is very happy-ever-after kind, you'll probably try to think back and never recall such things happening. Lucky You. Unlucky for some of us out there in the harsh reality.

i feel so depressed after this that i don't think i can continue. ja ne.

yesterday, the sec one cohort was like assembled at the sunken forum there, and guess what? mr wong was like there, trying to shout through all the noise we were making plus there was gusts blowing off his voice to call the monitors to take attendance. i never knew he had such a powerful voice:D and then, he ask for the attendance also want to use such profound language. he said dunno somethingsomethingsomething strength then i know what he's talking about lah. :P and i never knew he was a biology teacher either, until louisa told me her discovery...

today had open house. performed the dikir barat thingy. while waiting for people to come, they were like playing on the drums and all then, suddenly mr wong walks over and i thought he was going to ask us to quieten or something, but nooo.. he actually confiscated our instruments, muttering something like it's from his deparment or something. i was like wah lau! such a bitch lah! so, those people who were really angry were like wanting to take revenge, so, they started singing really loud. he talks funny and all lah, so... that's all. :D

oh my goodness. i thank God that i don't have a male teacher teaching me permanently for any subject this year!!
wah lao! had two male RELIEF teachers only and i have a bad impression already. i shan't say who they are exactly[as it might hurt their pride if they read it or something:p] although sec one diligence 'o5 people will know!

first one was for history. he thinks he's really funny when he's not at all. it's just the sarcasm. and he called me TWICE, still claiming he doesn't know our class, calling register no. and SO QIAO ARH, both times also no. 20!! and the first lesson, he also called my PARTNER. SO COINCIDENTAL HOR! don't you think? and to think someone actually likes him, saying he always makes her laugh. ewwwwww, so mushy!!

next, just knew him today. relief for mrs c's lessons. his eyes are small. still cannot tell if he's single-eyelidded or not! anw, to put it short, he looks funny! today, we had a test, then he suddenly BOOMED,"if you've finished, just go to sleep [to which everyone did immediately], i just don't want to see you talking." when he was talking so SOFTLY in the previous lesson.

okay, this might have been boring for some, just plain crappy to some and maybe even interesting to others. i think i was just looking for an excuse to blog and THERE IT WAS! [i'm so guai, i did my h/w then blog leh!]

today, i was walking to the 265 bus stop today morning and as a bus had just past, the air near there was like damn stinky. i felt like i could almost die. so, i was like thinking, why must people really advance so much, so greatly and such. i mean, if i said why must they invent cars? then you would probably reply to our convenience. but then, ever since cars were made, forests were definitely cleared to make roads for the cars right? then, gas [our natural resource]had to be extracted to fuel the cars right? and last but not least, it pollutes the air. i think that a car has less pros and more cons. so why do we still like it so much? is it just because of the convenience? actually, i would really like to see how first people really lived. i'm sure it must be simpler and maybe more shuang. i dunno lah. i guess we should just be contented shouldn't we? after all, we cannot turn back time until someone actually knows of a way to travel through time, which is like practically impossible.

today, interestingly, i saw some ants!
you must be wondering what's so interesting about ants right? i'll tell you what..
after i had finished eating my lunch just now, there were like scraps on the table right? so one of them was a grain of rice. as you would probably know, one ant cannnot possibly carry a grain of rice by itself right? [unless it was probably the giant ant i saw on 150705]then, the image, if you can imagine it, is like about 10 ants around the grain carrying it, with a few ants in front, like leading the way? and i was so nice you know, on normal occasions, i would pick up the rice somehow without actually touching it and throw it into the rubbish bin. dunno how come so siao wanted to see how they move the grain today. =Dand then, they moved down the table leg amazingly, without even falling or the grain dropping. although they moved really slowly, it was like WOW! wonder where is their nest. i know it's somewhere in my mother's room though. ^^,
so, that concludes my episode with the ants. YAY!

today i FINALLY watched A[rtificial] I[ntelligence]! after i recorded it like so long ago...
very very sad show. i tell you, you sure cry one. i totally ALMOST cried during the show. it's just so freaking sad! it started with this person who created this robot to love people to replace his dead son. and it continues on with the sad adventures of him being abandoned by his adoptive mommy after her son came back and wanting to become real, in search of the blue fairy in pinocchio and almost being destroyed by the cruel humans who hate robots as they might take over them and realising he's not the only special one, finding a FAKE blue fairy [as she doesn't really exist] practically begging her for all his life and frozen in the ice 2000 years later, aliens finding him....... blah. the description too long liao. i'm sure you're bored out by this post.
but seriously. if you ever go shopping a video shop, and see this title in the shop, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME!! i want the video cuz i recorded it to almost the end then i ran out of tape and i didn't even know. so, while i was watching and the show was finishing, it just suddenly stopped!! WAH LAU!! SOOOOO angry you know. alll because of my mother, then, ended up have to record a stupid sports show in the beginning which took up 40 mintues of my 3hr tape!! haish. such a waste you know. so remember, since you've read this post, you're on a mission, FIND THE AI VIDEO!!! yay! thank you soooo much for your attention!

i just watched intial d today! i know it's abit slow and everything but, no one go with me to watch in the cinemas what. so i borrowed vcd from my friend lors!=D the show is soooooooo cool!!! realised that jay chou should probably stick to the radio. his voice came out sounding weird. most probably, for once he's not mumbling.=P edison chen is so shuai!! i would have preferred he's the main character though. the ending was so abrupt though. i had none the slightest clue that the show was about to end. hais. it shouldn't have been made into a movie. a series would probably have been better, since they adapted it from a SERIES of comic books. i feel like i haven't seen the end fo this movie yet. like there's going to be an initial d 2 or something, though it's quite the impossible lah. one can hope!!
